We finished the siege with an agit in Luina. Congratulations everyone. Im thinking of new ways on breaching defenses especially in narrow areas. I cant siege this next week so it would have to wait :D

I read in Waukeen's blog that he caught bot novices in the Monster Arena Race. Just as I thought. Prizes are really tempting so there is a high possibility that people would really try to bot in that place. If there's a will, there's a way. Someone created lots of trial novices, bet in the Monster Race and transfered all the winning medals to his/her original account. The medals are not suppose to be tradable but apparently, it was. Im not sure, but I think they removed the exchanging NPC's for this medals. Great move LUG :)

Hugel

I havent had the time to visit Hugel yet. Except of course in Sakray when i made my fansite entry(I still dont have my promised Angeling Hat. ) Im just lazy to do Ragnarok quests. The last one I tried to do - Lovers Quest in Eibroch is unfinished because of a game bug. The word Clitzer is considered as a foul word. I already filed a ticket to LUG but havent checked yet if they have already fixed it. I read in Ragnaboards that some people have filed a ticket earlier than me. Here are some of the Hugel Quest I would really love to do.

Medicine Quest :
Item Requirements: 1 White Potion
This quest is easy. You just have to find and talk to the NPCs. I dont think that this is a quest worth of your time because of the Quest Rewards. Like I said, this quest is easy
Quest Rewards: ~50,000 Base EXP, 1 Old Blue Box

Rebellion Quest
Looking at the Quest rewards make this Rebellion Quest useful to us. Besides, Im leveling in Lighthalzen so I would have lots of Handcuffs. Btw, I would be using my High Priest there from now on. I wont take it anymore if I spend more zeny. The catch? It has Quest prerequisites: Completed Biolabs Entrance Quest, Completed President Quest, Completed Cursed Spirit Quest, Completed Odin's Temple Excavation Quest. Too many, huh?! And you have to go from one map to another. So I suggest bring lots of fly wings or a teleclip, authorative badge or speed pots(if you're rich) or hasty shoes(the better.) Use a high leveled character because some monsters in hugel fields are really strong.

Hide n' Seek Quest
Item Requirements: 1 Steamed Crab Nippers (Vit +1 Food)
Quest Rewards: ~50,000 Base EXP, 3 Green Salads (Dex +5)
Err, dont bother to do this quest, But if you got nothing to do and bored at all. You just have to talk to NPCs, move from one map to another and voila. 3 Green Salads coming right up :D

Hugel Cow Milking Food Quest
Item Requirements: Rapier [2] x 1, Concentration Potions in multiples of 3.
First Quest Reward: ~ 100,000 Base EXP, Fruit Mix (Dex +3)
Reward After Completing Once: ~ A random giving of one of the following items: 5 Milks, 3 Honeys, 5 Orange Potions, 1 Yellow Potion, 1 Bundle of Food

Maybe this quest would be fun. Maybe it would feel like Simple Life Season 1, living in a barnyard, And what is bundle of food btw?

Kiel Hyre Quest
Level Requirements: Base Level 70+
Item Requirements: 2 Cheese, 7 Milk, 5 Cacao, 10 Raw Fish
Quest Reward: 2,000,000 Base EXP (Split 500k/1.5m for the two parts of the quest), 1 Taming Gift Set, 1 Old Card Album.
I don't know if I'll bother to do this quest because this would take some time to accomplish ><

Odin's Temple Excavation Quest
Level Requirements: Base Level Requirement Unknown. Item Requirements: 5 Runes of Darkness
Quest Reward: ~ 700,000 Base EXP, 1 Old Blue Box.
I still have some Runes of Darkness in my storage. Maybe I'll do this quest after all. But not now.

Lighthalzen Party

At last after several weeks, I finally got my Saturday and Sunday free from work, which gave me an ample time to level my biochemist. So I partied in Lighthalzen and leveled my way from 95 to 97. I gained 2 levels in 2 days. But the catch is, i spend almost 8OM for the 2 days that I played. My co-party members are so lucky. I didn't ask for some fire bottles and acid bottles donation from them. But I got 3 ygg seeds, 2 ygg fruit that the knight has voluntarily given me(I partied with him until he's 99). Then a High Wizard gave me 5Million Zeny which I returned afterwards, I just couldnt accept it. I just got the loots, mostly Composite Bows[4], Cross Bows[3], 2 Clips[1], tons of Rod[4] and Arc Wand[3], OBBs, Poison Bottles and etc (thanks guys!)

In Sunday, 3 of my co-party members reached 99. A knight, a priest and an alchemist. Im just happy to be of helped. Leveling in Lighthalzen is really fun. Feels like the old beta days, where characters are really manned my real players.

Lighthalzen monsters are not that difficult to defeat, except for the High Wizard. Since Acid Bomb is a MATK. We need to freeze first the wizard so we could kill her (yes, a she.) Then there's the MVPs which can summon his family as a mob. They are so strong that you couldnt react that instantly.

I hope that there would be another mod exp from LUG so I can go back to Lighthalzen. But realizing how much zeny that Ive spent, ack! Might as well leeched my way to 99.

Garm Card

Remember my post about my fascination of the Garm Card, I said that I have no plans on buying me, but the Auto Cast of Storm Gust caught my attention. It costs a whooping sum of 2 Billion Zeny. Now where would I get that?

And Dark Lord card costs 2.5B?

If I really am serious to get those cards, maybe after 6-9months? I'll just buy myself a Solar God Helm and Orc Hero Sunglasses first. Then I'll buy the Garm Card or Dark Lord Card. Hmm... I think Dark Lord suits me more ^^

Haha! I just hope this wont be just another dream .. Or in pRO's lingo - AsA!

Duping, Map Disconnections and Accusations

Last month, there was a tremendous issue regarding duping of Ragnarok game items. Although, I myself have never duped nor tried and didnt gain anything from it, here's my opinion. The duping of some Ragnarok players is not one else's fault but of the systems owner. Before releasing a software, they should have a team testing of all the possible game bugs and abuses that might occur. So if a player have discovered this bug and told the world how to do it, dont hate him. Is it you hate him because he could dupe and you cannot? I asked you, if given a chance to gain lots of godly items and you know that the duping bug do exists, would you at least try to do it. My answer? Yes. Hey, there's a free duplicating item generator supplied by the software itself, why not use it. It is still part of the system.Their attempt to clean the item database turned into fiasco. Their script that suppose to clean the database crashed the database which had Thor and some beta players affected. Including myself. Heck, I lost all my siege equipments because of it. My ticket is still under processed. So dont blame me if I'll curse LUG in my upcoming post.

Now that the duping has been fixed or so they say, the next issue is the map disconnections. I read somewhere that map disconnections is relevant to duping items. There's this one post mentioning packet sniffers which I really have no idea what its effect to duping or map disconnections. If a person or people could breach Lug's network, either LUG has to change its network security or hire the person that could breach it.

Accusations. I dont know if it is because of the Filipino's malicious nature on blaming people when bad things happen. They just love to pinpoint without first thinking if that person is really responsible or to blame. He is already considered guilty. Yeah, forget the innocence until proven guilty in our Philippine Constitution. If he is really guilty, let it go, but some people just couldnt. They really want to take him way down under.

New equips

I finally got my new set of equips, +9's/ I can't afford to further upgrade it to +1O's. It was just an 0.333 increase in defense. So why bother in spending hundreds million more zeny. Im now eying in Solar God Helm. It costs at around 45O-5OOM. It depends upon the seller's price :D

Last siege, we finished with an agit in Luina. I couldnt honestly say that I enjoyed the entire siege, I consumed lots of my resources in the first half.

thor server

nung una, na-enganyo din ako maglaro sa thor server. fair play nga naman gaya ng sabi nila. Ang ini-eexpect ko eh magkakaroon ng 2x permnet modified exp dahil nga walang makakapagbot dito(pero meron naman pala) Siguro sa unang linggo, naglaro ko sa THor server. Pero iba na ang panahon ngun, meron na akong trabaho at wala na akong oras maglaro. Ok lang sana kung my permanent modified xp para sulit ang paglalaro mo.

Sa ngaun, nakaka experience ang Thor server ng disconnections. Kaya di ako ngsisi na bumalik ako s dating kong server kahit na may mga bots dito.

Ang popolusyon daw ng Thor server ay 3OO na lamang. Paano ka mageenjo kung meron lamang 3OO na manlalaro. At kung hindi nga bot lahat ng players eh di naman kyo magkikita. Nakakamiss talaga yung panahon kung saan 15OOO players online. At sa GH eh wala ka nang makuhang magandang pwesto kasi halos lahat eh dun naglalaro. At ang nakakatawang part pa eh ang mga leech players na nagsisikan sa portal. Malas mo lang kung ikaw ang puntahan ng hunter fly para patayin. ^_~

now, ive ventured in the EDP. i dont know if my income is that high. My brewing success rate varries. Onet ime i had an 89/100 brewing success. I borrowed my friends sinX for brewing, which has better stats than my previous one. But i didnt had the chance to brew last night. My account which has the ingredients keeps failing to connect to chaos server. Malas naman ><

I've reached the 95O million mark. Wee~!

LUG has a fansite contest which i am interested to join. But i have iRL projects and a waiting mission for 1O days, which means that i have no time to do it. Gawd! I really want to do it :D

I was browsing Ragnaboards and read this. Napapa-harhar at /gg na lang ako. Mwahaha >:)

The topic is about the new mini games along with Hugel Patch. They are arguing and ranting that those games might ruin their respective's servers economy because botters might abuse this quest. At the Race quest, it happens every 1O mins and you'll be warped out of the room once the race has finished. Pretty difficult huh?! Right now, im full of ideas of how to make it work. But for the respect of the game & besides, medals are non-transferable ><>< Oh well, Hugel is still a month a way. Right of now, I have this real life project (system) to do :P I just love being a programmer.

just to clear things out, I dont sell zenies to php nor possess my own boss card, as of now.

Alice Hat

I finally got an alice hat. weee~ My beau gave it to me as a gift. Apparently, LUG now sells it for 5OOphp. Alice hat is so cute :P ill post the screenshots later, tomorrow(or never) if i have time :P We lost the bid for it at the now defunct Ragnarok Bidding System.

I dont know if im spending too much zenny because i went back to 3OOM mark ><>< Oh well, we have the next weekend.

I already got my alchemist. Hurrah. At level 78, i think it got a pretty nice success rate. I just dont know how long would it take to reach that level. I' hoping to reach level 99. Wee~! hopefully. Hugel patch would be coming soon so hopefully, there would be a modified experience treat for us.

Im still thinking on how the speed pots harvesting would become more effective. ^_^

Next week, I would just stay in my room, watch television and let the ai do the works. hurrah~

Saturday was my beau's birthday. His friends made this Greeting guild so once in a while his birtday greetings is flashed throughout Midgard. Isnt that fun & sweet. We got the lower right prontera agit. ^_^

My creator got bugged as mrs claus. i filed numbers of ticket in cust care. But knowing how slow they are, I tried lots of stuffs just to go back as a creator. Me & my beau went to pvp & he killed me but it didnt work. I went to Turtle Island & lost 1% exp but still didnt work. Finally, i used another santa bag & after 1O minutes.. voila! i'm back. I was worried beacuse wearing the santa custome means that you couldnt attack or use any skills & i use my creator during sieges.

Chaos won in the skill reset event & i got my creator undergo it. It cost me whooping sum of 47,OOO,OOO zeny. But I still couldnt get that FCP. Instead I loose the humun, which i'm tired of levelling but might as well get it in my future brewer :D

Siege will be tonight but i need to go to Market Market to buy a load for my clown. Im gonna leech my new brewer starting this saturday & new SL for my beau, which he would be using as the new GM. Or maybe I could go tomorrow :D

In vending, still I have no stuffs to vend. I have tons of elemental weapons which I would love to sell for a low low price. My storage is stocked full of it & quest stuffs.

I really need to harvest those speed potions :D Saturday morning would be perfect, hmm.. starting at 4am or 5am.

This blog is about my RO life. I dont know if this is too late coz im playing RO for about three years now. I have a lot of characters. I play my creator during siege (- AB all the way) while my magnus priest in killing mumus >< I enjoy levelling my Magnus priest.

I have a pure forger, now retired, and serves as my vendo slave.

I plan to make a new pure brewer chemist. My old chemist which is already 97 >< has the wrong stats. Aww! But hey, I would now have 2 chemist for me to brew efficiently.

During my 2 years of Ragnarok, I never botted, which I somehow regret. Gaining zeny through botting is really easy. But now, botting is legal in pRO, hurrah! AI made it easy for me especially now that I'm working & have no time to play :)
